Day 01: Arrive in New Delhi.
Welcome to the land of India's oldest civilizations. Upon your arrival at the international airport, you will be greeted with the necessary assistance and you will be transferred to your hotel in a comfortable car. If time allows, then you should spend the rest of the time roaming around the areas looking at the beautiful colors here.
Day 02: Delhi
Today you will go to see the main attractions of New Delhi and Old Delhi. In the morning you will have a view of the Red Fort of Delhi and visit the magnificent places of Divan-I-Aam, see the Mayur Sihasan and Jama Masjid. Apart from this, you will go to Chandni Chowk and see the narrow streets filled with traditional traders and visit Rajghat, the police station of Mahatma Gandhi. Afternoon you will go to India Gate, which is India's largest war memorial. Apart from this, you will also visit Parliament House and Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb located nearby.
Day 03: Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh by surface (250 km / 7 hrs)
Today, you will travel from Delhi to Rishikesh, passing through Haridwar, as per Purnia Puranic stories and beliefs of Hinduism, Haridwar is a holy place where the deities have left their footprints. There are ashrams of many sages at these religious places, where yoga and meditation are taught. After reaching Rishikesh in the evening, you will go to the ashram and stay there for the next few days.
Day 04 to Day 07: Rishikesh (ashram)
For the next four days, you will stay in the ashram and initiate yoga and meditation. Your daily routine will be something like this.
05.30 a.m to 06.30 a.m - Meditation Classes
07.00 a.m to 08.00 a.m - Yoga Classes
08.15 a.m - Breakfast
12.00 noon - Lunch
15.00 p.m to 15.5 p.m - Lecture
16.00 p.m - Tea
16.30 p.m to 19.00 p.m - Yoga & Meditation Classes
19.30 p.m - Dinner
Day 08: Rishikesh - Shivpuri by surface (20 km / 30 min)
This morning you will be shifted to Shivpuri Camp. On this route, you will pass through some beautiful countryside. By noon you will reach your camp, passing through the Reserve Forest. Here you will spend the night in your camp under the open sky in a calm environment.
Day 09: Shivpuri
Waking up early in the morning, you will go to a yoga class today and relax your body and mind by doing yoga in a calm environment on the side of the river. After the completion of Yoga class, you will have breakfast and after that, you will go to a place called Byasi/Kaudiyala. After reaching here, you will go back to enjoy Shivpuri river rafting.
Day 10: Shivpuri
After waking up early this morning, you will travel for one and a half hours in a car to reach Hindolakhal and from here you will trek to Kunjapuri. To reach Kunjapuri, you will pass through extremely dense forests where you will be able to see much beautiful natural scenery. Amongst the natural beauty views here, after spending some time here and there, you will do yoga asana and join the meditation class. Later you will return to your camp, tracking again.
Day 11: Shivpuri - Delhi
This morning you will join the advanced yoga class which will also have a quarry session. In the quarry session, you will be able to get answers to any questions that arise in your mind about yoga and meditation. After having breakfast you will travel from Shivpuri to Rishikesh and you will be transferred to Delhi via Rishikesh, on the way you will be able to see the beautiful scenery of the natural passing through many rustic areas.
Day 12: Delhi - Onward destination by Flight
This beautiful journey of looking for yoga and meditation ends today. After having breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred to International Airport Delhi from where you can take a flight to return home.
